Fernando Sisneros was born in 1982 into a large family whose very deep ancestral roots and cultural ties to the Spanish mission community of Old Abo, also known as Abo Viejo, can be documented back to the late 1600’s. Fernando spends many days working, hiking, camping, and celebrating with his wife and children and their extended family in the rustic hills of Abo Viejo that are cooled by the canyon winds of the Manzano Mountains in central New Mexico.

Fernando creates wall hangings, light covers, and porch railings out of various metals. He finishes his pieces with high end quality paint and glosses that ensure his creations will be maintain their charm for years to comeHe fashions and decorates his creations with whatever his eyes find appealing including stone, leather, and glass. Fernando works in his family business manufacturing sheet metal products. At the family business where he works with his father, uncles, brothers and cousins, he learned and continues to perfect the skill of metal working. It was there that he has decided to further his abilities by creating pieces to remind everyone of where home is.
